CP still sucks.. I am working in a travel agency.... I think wala gihapon changes ang ilang services.. especially.. reservation.. we already tried to address our concern to management but to no avail... I think cheaper fare = poor quality service.. hmmm..

my last flight with CP was acceptable... as it was budget flight i didnt expect much of their services... so natulog nalang...
dili jud nimo i-compare ang CP sa laing airlines, kay budget man...

Purposely Delaying Credit Card Refunds
As many may have found out the hardway or may have read in Melanie Lim's Sunday Column getting a refund for a credit card transaction will take months!
Strongly suspect this is being done intentionally.

anyways just adjust your schedule
if you want to arrive lets say in manila by 5pm from cebu
get the 2pm or 3pm flight.... allowance for delay 1 hour

sauna saludo kaayo ko sa cebupac kay ontime jud ila flights. karon cge nag kadelay kay something wrong with the aircraft daw. tungod ni kay sobraan ug cost-cutting, ang aeroplano wa nay tarong maintenance ug servicing cguro..

I've Use Cp Only Once For International Ok Rman Or Bsi That Tym Maau Pa Cla. Its True Kato Gi.mention Ni Melanie Lim Sa Iya Column About Cp. Passengers Arrived N Cebu From Singapore Without There Luggage. There Luggage Was N Manila. Kafaet!! Imo Reservation Macancel 6weeks B4 Flying Date Kakuyaw.
