oh youre learning french ey? thats good, moi aussi! mais pas tres bien. haha. you can find duck liver in the market, in supermarkets particularly in rustan you could find canned foie gras, but in carbon i think you can find the real deal duck liver, just not fattened like that of the foie gras i think. it tastes better than chicken liver

after you cook it with a splash of wine you could use the mortar and pestle to break it down and its good as a spread too.
