ey, guess what, i might just swing by your place sometime soon, so better get your samples ready

and since i'm pondering on the thought of learning Francais, a taste of some french-sounding food would be a good start, i guess : D

(you dont happen to have some duck liver do you? i've always wondered what it tastes like X D)
no i just wanted my thoughts out oh youre learning french ey? thats good, moi aussi! mais pas tres bien. haha. you can find duck liver in the market, in supermarkets particularly in rustan you could find canned foie gras, but in carbon i think you can find the real deal duck liver, just not fattened like that of the foie gras i think. it tastes better than chicken liver after you cook it with a splash of wine you could use the mortar and pestle to break it down and its good as a spread too.

^^je parle un peu le francais (hahaha did i spell it right?)

canned foie gras @ rustan's...i'll try that...btw, aside from wine, what would make a good sauce for it?

as for the tapenade, i'll tell some of my friends with 'adventurous' palates about it : D

et je comprends un peau. idk im not good with the spelling either, i learn audio and very little reading. the wine gets some of the smell off and put in some of the flavor in but typically, caramelized onions are good to top foie gras. im not sure, any sauce would do i guess, according to your preference and taste

i know what you mean, my mother doesnt like it either. its just a matter of preference i guess. so hey, if by any chance youd get to taste it, your suggestions are very much welcome, too salty or too bland, or too boring, theres always some room for improvement, thats why i wanted to test first.
