i go to Fare & Tone for hotoils, cellophane, manicure & pedicure and wax (legs). its located in p. del rosario near usc-main. but for hair-cut, i prefer going to jonas in talamban or francis (bridges).

i used to frequent salon de rose (ayala) but after a very bad haircut experience (wa nasunod akong gusto na layer-shoulder-length na instructions kay cgeg tabi ang nagtupi sa iyang kauban)....hmppp...the day after, i went to fix salon (ayala) to have my desired haircut....well, i was satisfied with the result =)
