    NOZOMI is an agency that really take advantage. I've been there with this nozomi Lexmark thing. There is one time na nag xmas party ang taga Lexmark regulars. kaluoy intawon ang mga contractor. Nag tan aw lang. kay kuno dili man taga lexmark. They are right with that. But they forgot that the contractual plays a lot of role in improving their products when its out in the market.. I hope this is not happening anymore.

    sa akong nakita, mura ug ang deperensya naa man sa batasan sa mga tawo nga nagtrabaho diha. nganong ing-ana man ug batasan ang mga regulars sa mga contractors? surely wala man mando nga in-ana ra dapat kutob ang respect ihatag sa mga contractors dba? hehehehe... tampo lang ni akoa. wala ko dha trabaho tawn. ngil-ad lang gyud ug batasan ang mga regular (dli tanan kato ra mang lookdown)

    most guards also sleeping...ila style ky tawag sila ila kauban mobantay sa usa..para sila matog....kanag si chief dakop..ask lang diba sikat na...sos kusog kaayo manakop pero sos modus pa ana niya sobra kaayo...sa elevator, wala jd na mention about sa sunlife employees...and sa T.V. base jd tawn ni sa ako nakit.an...sulti pa gani "bakit linipat ang channel"..that's what i've heard sa tagalog nga regular..dayon balik nalang sa channel ila gusto...kato gkawat nga CPU parts, palpak pd kaayo ang guard nganu wala kita..naa bya sila CCTV, ddto agi sa stairs...niya dli na sila mosugot og ibilin ang mga CD's, DVD's or FD etc. sa counter..ang mga contractors are an IT professional pd..naa sila mga sideline to earn money..ky gamay raman tawn pd ang sweldo...OJT and contractors are treated differently...

    basin businessman ka...ky mga good impression toward sa company...naa sad ka point about sa kung wala ka ganahi ngita lain..dli man jd malikayon ang mga irregularities sa company or employee..kanang daog2x jd ang ila gibuhat dli na maayo...we work according sa contract..

    inot man gud nang lexmark mao na nag tinir na sa NOZOMi.. kay gamay bayad.. If you are a graduate of a for example BS computer engineering and you spent million just to gain that BS degree. would like to have a salary of 7,000 a month? try to think of it.. nag take advantage lang ng NOZOMI.. lalo nana si sanchez. filing dako sweldo

    besag ikapila naka nagmasteral or asa man gani nga skol gekan basta once ubder kag agency(any agency) wala jud grado pag tana aw nila sa imo..kung huna hunaon ikaw baya jud nagpa sweldo sa mga buang!!!

    kung maka afford lang ta ang mga tawo, dali ra unta kaayo ning "take it or leave it" na imong gi-ingon. kabalo ang nozomi na di ta kahimo na ma-jobless, maong take advantage pod kaayo sila sa mga needy. salbahis jud na sila.

    sa previous nako na company, i was able to supervise operators under this agency. And ur all right! This agency literally means slavery. The benefits are not properly given,mga OT adjustments,unya-unyaon hangtod makalimot nalang ka.
