as of now..in the process of forming the CORE members.

for now.. the only thing agreed is to be NEUTRAL, so maski asa paka na TEAM or GROUP na affiliate,

ang HCC will be neutral.(way samok)

a. Your a member of the Club
b. You have attended 2-3 EBs
c. Photocopy of driver's license (to be discussed)

-Proposal of HCC website (to be discussed)
-Proposal of HCC Logo
-Election of Officers
