in most cases, both parties want to forget each other because of the painful experience of the break up.. so do you think they are building friendship maybe in some rare situations they want to be friends, but then again it rarely happens.

it depends...most of my exes became my friends, but i don't know where they are right now. i also have some exes who aren't my friends because it's just not right. i've been hurt and been cheated...maybe we could be friends when time comes. time heals all wounds as they say.
