needless to say, I'm annoyed kay mag buot ka sa unsa akong nahibaw-an
It's as if you're threatening me tungod kaila ka nako or kibaw ka asa ko na team or unsa na chuvah

You know very well the company isn't perfect.. Somehow, I wan't them to change their bad ways
and I don't want to read posts saying

"YOU'RE WRONG" heller-- I just said I HAVE a friend who got terminated QUESTIONABLY
and also "I KNOW YOU, WHERE YOU WORK, WHAT TEAM, YOUR MANAGER...etc"

don't give off such threats honey,
If you do know me, that's nice. ako tawn wa ko kaila nimo and I'm not the least bit worried if you know my manager.
If I'm going to be terminated because you know who I am, heller QUESTIONABLE nah...

sheesh... I don't wanna get into an argument with another employee but this is overboard.

    sorry doh. (grrrr)
wow... now that's letting off some steam!!

all the things that I said about me knowing what department your from and all was not a threat, believe me, that was not what I intended it to be. It was just letting you know that there are certain things that you think you know but actually you don't and there are people who know more than you... (oh by the way, when I asked you to say hi to your manager for me, that was not a threat at all, i think... hehehe)

have you ever considered that those friends of your who you think got "Questionably" terminated told you everything, of course they are just going to tell you what they want you to hear so they can win your pity (just an opinion)... wala ko nagbuot sa unsay imo nahibaw-an, I'm just trying to let you understand that sometimes, you also have to listen to the other side of the story, then you can weigh the FACTS... if you don't like us posting things that contradicts your opinions about this so called"mass termintation" then you should have not posted things that you are not ready to get replies on, be it positive or negative...

if you want a real threat, here's one, just imagine if someone from the upper management saw and read our posts and recognizes our pictures and believe that some of the posts that we have on this public forum would be considered divulging, bad mouthing(also known as defamation) and letting non-employees know things that are supposed to be something that should only be discussed within the company, that would be a big booboo... we can be terminated and fined under the laws of the country.... you might say, "i don't care, so what?!' well, I do and I'd like to keep my job and I'm happy where I am, thank you... so far though, I don't think any of our posts here have gone to extremes yet so we're all okay... hehehe

the point is, most of the posts you have here are based on one side only... and those are from what your FRIENDS said... I'm not taking that away from you... I got friends who got terminated too, I can always say, that's not fair, they were needing the money and they should have been given more chances, but after hearing and knowing what the reasons were (and acutally knowing that they did make and have been making those mistakes)... I had a change of heart and told myself, they could have avoided this if only they were not taking things for granted that much... this "ARGUMENT" should not something that should be taken "as going overboard" but something to learn from... you have heard some of your friends, this time, you can hear the side of the company and from people who actually understand and know things that you don't...

Let that person from sun star say what he wants to say, that's where he gets his money from... honestly, my 2 cents on that article, it like a boxing match, where the opponent has his hands tied behind his back, and the other guy with the big target in front of him, still chooses to hit him below the belt...
well that's life as a filipino.. they don't call it "crab mentality" for nothing...

all I can say is, I owe this company a lot... they gave me a job with a decent pay, good health insurance (all the necessities when your working for a company) and a very relaxed environment (even when they have made stricter policies on porductivity)... what more can I ask for wait, don't answer that...hehehe

again, rishee, i didn't intend to post those as threats... my bad...

I know you rishee, and believe me when I say your a friend of mine... grabe, wala gihapon ka makatag-an kung kinsa ko
(another hint) minyo ko and I feel very secure with my job right now here in wats... this beats working for a company that pays the minimum...

and a piece of advice for a guy who's been with this company from the very beginning, if it doesn't concern you, shut up, do your job and do it well... if there will be another "mass termination" believe me when I say, just do those and you should have no headaches (and don't make somebody elses migraine your own)... that's why companies with labor groups always end up bad... hehehe
