@blade boss i have a question. lamberto suggested that i use anl kay mosaka daw ang voltage sa car is this true? coz ako gitanaw its a fuse block raman and from what ive read its the big 3 or the 5 point grounding that
can cause the voltage to increase.

dont ever try to go for a higher fuse rating unless you want to fry your stuff.

fuses are made to protect your audio stuff from overload.

Fuse - A device that protects electric circuits by interrupting power in a circuit when an overload occurs. Rated in amperes (amps). - from Car Alarm, Car Stereo, Mobile Video, and Cruise Control Info for Installers glossary

try to read this too... maybe this could help...
    fuse size?

That's a good link. I usually like to link people to this: Basic Car Audio Electronics

It basically covers any questions about car audio. It's VERY useful.

hello bro, who's lamberto? is he the one who does installs for alvin?
a fuse is used only to protect devices from too much current, nothing more. a bad fuse (poorly made one) can even decrease your voltage if its resistance is high enough.

what you want is to make your voltage stable as you crank up your system and this can only be possible when you use a high-output alternator plus a couple of batteries.

the big3 or 5- or 8-point grounding system only improves the electrical system by letting current flow to where it is needed most with less restriction. i've noticed a very big improvement with just the big3 wiring.

@megatedxzx, advice nila blade, lou and chuck is true. Are you having issues with your voltage right now?

which brings me to add more questions:
    1. is it really necessary to add a fuse block from main battery to secondary battery or wherever the power wire is going?
    2. isnt the built in fuses in the amp enough for protection?
btw congratulations on your purchase of krsuan's rockford t2 amp mr president and more power to your vw club.

yes berto is alvin's assistant who always gives good service but i really doubted him from the start about the fuse block increasing the voltage of the cars electrical system. so how much is the voltage of your car now boss blade? i mean how much improvement did you get from the big 3? have you upgraded your alternator already and how much improvement did it give?
