    for me i prefer the plastic ones,
    well wooden boards looks nice and has a classic feel into it
    the problem with wooden boards is how long you can maintain it.
    and the sanitation. wood has a a lot of moisture and the chipped off parts of the board tends to accumulate food scraps and thus has a higher chance of bacterial growth

    i agree very much. i dont believe in good or bad food naturally except if its really made to be bad and wrong haha. its all about preference i guess. mario batali doesnt like durian as shown in the lifestyle channel. it doesnt mean its bad.

    Any of u guys naka try na ug 'sous vide'? Um, basically murag vacuum packed raw food cooked in hot water at stable temperature.. Read something about it sa magazine, and intrigued lang kaayo ko..

    correct me if im wrong it is basically poaching in its own moisture content depende kong unsa pa imong g apil na ingredients .so meaning more flavor. vacuum sealed sya para dli ma break ang iyang flesh usually ang meat na ginagamit ana nya kay fish kay dale ra ma luto but sometimes beef pero katong mga tender na parts as for pork havent heard kong naa nay naka suway sa pork pero wla pako kbw.MAKE FOOD NOT WAR!
