    she's fine. i just feel heart brokern she lost her job.

    she didn't deserve it at all.

    anyway, i don't care for the agents who are slackers they can be terminated anytime legally, but what I'm worried about are those who depended solely on their job, and just lost it in a click without warning.

    i was with her and i see more sense in me being terminated than her.

    BTW.. masuko amo manager ana... kwaa na iya name oi!!!!!

    ang estudyante na emergency absent kay nag exam or nag buhat ug thesis?

    though unahon jud ang company, there is always an "inevitable" instance, and there is a due process for this

    dili man tungod kay one strike, you're out!

    I have all respects to the company. hands down jud.

    but i believe that there were one two three and more agents who were not deserving to lose their jobs

    the company made some wrong moves there and there are pieces of evidence that show that..

    anyway.. i feel bad gitabangan kog mga taga wats dri. i would've thought mu tabang mu nako ug defend.
    i could care less kung unsa na mo kadugay or unsa ba or kinsa ba.. this is a wonderful company.
    tinuod na.. nag dugay gud ko..

    and this issue has helped this company become better kay they learned a valuable lesson.

    too bad akong amiga collateral damage. uhuh..

    W/o these freakin calls ou MERE agents conduct every single day, YOU WILL NOT BE A SATISFIED CUSTOMER

    you will hate every single thing you buy and every single service you get

    YOU WILL WASTE SO MUCH MONEY ON b-dammed whatevers and experience the poorest of service

    Also, as a company, you will not be different from any other competitor you have
    If you will never find out WHY kfc has the best chicken and whatever they put in it, your
    manokan will never grow unless of course you provide better service and better VALUE,
    you will never earn a title better than the tad2x prito2x thing kilid sa daan

    For all the no-knowledge at all people, companies WORLDWIDE spend more on research than ADVERTISING because if they have no black and white record of what they're doing wrong,
    THEY WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO CORRECT EVERYTHING THEY DO WRONG

    Do you know why there is taken-for-granted CALL CENTER INDUSTRY?
    It's because companies now do not care for ROI as much, but surprisingly, they want to be known
    as the BEST-- this is how they make their strategy

    USA has the best customer service in the world and your local MCDO patterns after them of course

    That's why RESEARCHERS are not part of the DO NOT CALL LIST because they are not invading privacy.
    but in fact, they are helping the people
    OF course, some people, especially the uneducated ones do not know what the exact VALUE of a survey is

    so most of the time it is taken for granted--- this gives our poor agents in WATS a hard time
    But, we make rebuttals for this

    THese rebuttals help teach AMericans to be AMericans and answer these G-forsaken surveys

    IF they call up a toll free number and they don't like the service, they get back through the survey and then,
    the company acts on this

    because until now they believe THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT

    labi na ang mga pinoy ug ang uban tao dri, CGE REKLAMO -- tubag pa lang mo anang mga written surveys,
    malipay mo!

    so please, wash your mouth out with soap kay WATS may be funny to a lot of people,
    but they are serious business and this is one industry (MARKET RESEARCH INDUSTRY) that will never go away
    but forever improve just like your current desktop computer

    we struggle to improve the world but they don't know it
