lisod man jud nang mag agency ka (like security guards, gamay ra ang ma kwarta).. pero kani imo gi highlight nga problem sa canteen, elevator ug ID... that's a problem with lexmark... it's so sad nga some employees discriminate (bisan asa naa man sad na to a lesser degree), pero the way you say it makes it sound like a company-wide 'sickness'... that just goes to show how unprofessional the people are and if that's something that their management is not doing anything about, that also reflects on how terrible their corporate values are... talk about equal opportunity employer ::sarcasm::
in summary, being connected with nozomi: sucks...
being a nozomi agency-hire in lexmark: sucks big time...
I believe both company lexmark and nozomi have problem with this. Lexmark is telling that you have equal opportunity. regardless of what race culture or gender you are. but if inga ani ang comments sa fellow istorians nato well. murag lahi ra gyud ni. Nozomi?? ayaw nalang mo apply anang agenciha. mamatay mo dayun.
mao... ayaw nalang para wala mahay... kay mahay jud ko, 3months ra hinoon.. resign dayon ko =)
bro, im currently working with lexmark... with the elevator thing, dli man ang mga taga nozomi ang sirad-an... ang kana man taga sun life, which is really bugging us... 3rd floor ra sila, mo sakay jud sa high rise elevators... as in grabe!! labi na inig ka mga hapit na 10am, sus ka lami jud pang pi-iton... nozomi and other contractors really know this... even them, they respect which elevator to use.... (grrr to sunlife employees) and with sa tv nga issue, anyone can ask the canteen operators to change channels.. dli raman ang regulars maka ask ana.. ka timing ra ato nko nga taga nozomi and/or sunlife ang nagpa change sa channels... and with regard to IDs sad, dli raman sila ang gi change, asta man sad ang mga OJTs ato... i was still an OJT back then when they started to change all OJTs and contractuals ID and slings... i was part of the last batch of OJTs who had PVC IDs.... back then my ID sling was yellow, same with contractors, but was changed to black to identify us, and contractors wore yellow ID slings.... supposedly sauna pareha ra ug ID ang tanan (regulars, contractuals, OJTs, guards).. then ila gi change kay katong reason na mahal ang katong PVC IDs and ang contractuals/OJTs dako2x ang chances na dali mo end ilang stay, so kalas kaau sa company na mag sige sila palit ug katong mahalon na ID para nila... with regard sad sa katong mga guards na strict, sauna, dli kaau na sila strikto sa mga contractuals ug OJTs, pero starting atong issue na gikawat ang parts sa CPU(almost tanan parts kulang nalang asta ang casing), nya nasakpan, mao to didto nila gipa implement ang kanang check-up jud sila... and mostly sad, ang permi makit-an na matolog on-duty, mga contractors man sad, so we can't blame them actually, they're just doing there job and hoping for the reward they get when they caught someone slacking....
although, naa lang jud uban nozomi na makalagot gamay kay dli tarongon ug sirado-an ang door sa among floor labi na inig adto sa ilang manager's office(sa amo ra na floor... hehehehe!).... pero they seem to be equally treated.. i have lots of friends which are working under this agency, and seems ang ila reklamo, sweldo and benefits.. i also have friends na gikan pa nozomi... that's what they tell me..
para sa tanan...
kung maayo ka nga empleyado bisag asa ka ibutang maayo gyud ka.. there are a lot of types of employees in the world and one type of them are called complainers.. bisag unsa imo ihatag complain lang gihapon.. In reality, discrimination is universal and usually a personal thing. Kita mismo mo discriminate man gani ta sa atong isig ka tawo... nganong naa man na ang term nga "mura man kag nawong ug construction worker", that's a clear display of discrimination. That is even worse because we discriminate based on our appearance (very sad). But nevertheless, we just need to take what is within our reach and learn from all the positive things. Ignore the negatives, it will only drag you down. Always think positive.. if naa problem inyo company, then try to inform them.. kung wala action, leave them.. its not something that we don't have any choice because we always do..
ang NOZOMI kay training ground ra na for better future..
