Good news...
Ground breaking for SMX (SM Exhibition and Convention Center) will be this December... It will be at the lot beside the upcoming Sofitel Hotel, the one that is currently being used as a parking lot..
Another SM Mall, ala MOA style which will be the biggest in VizMin, will be built in SRP... No definite date yet but it will be announced before 2010..
