geez...
here's a beginner asking for some sensible advice and people tell her to get this and that expensive lens and expensive bodies. hello?! beginner?
let the person explore photography first. don't invest just yet. get an entry level camera, a d40 or 400D or if you can wait the 450D is coming out very soon. heck, get a 2nd hand. get one that comes out with a kit lens. maximize your kit lens, LEARN techniques and LEARN to take good photos. then decide if you want to upgrade.
basta naa lang budget mao ni akong unahon palit... wala pa jd budget.. tsk3
Buy the cam you can afford. Any type of cam. Go out and shoot. Enjoy it. Love it. Don't be a gadget head. hehe.
Get D40.
Kit lens works very well, just work out the holy trinity first.
then elevate to adjusting WB and etc and the rest will follow.
If you like to shot RAW then process thru a software. Try 400D
NEF files is slow to process and only a handful of software that can convert at a fast rate.
Unless you invest Capture NX, RAW converter is not part of D40 package. In JPEG its simply the best.
Agree pud ko ani Bro. kay I really wanted to buy a DSLR pero mahal kaayo para sa akong budget so i instead bought a compact cam(S5IS) lang for the meantime para madevelop nako akong skills and if naa na budget then i can upgrade to DSLR. Although camera is a factor for a good photograph, in my opinion mas mag matter ang skills sa tao para makakuha og nindot na photo. Unsa-on man nato ang nindot kaayo na camera if di ta kabalo mugamit and we dont have a better understanding sa photography?..hehehe..-just my opinion-![]()
Hehehehe
Padung nasad ni sa Indian ug Pana....basta tiratira aw naa sa nagadahh.
