Use this proxy numbers

195.145.214.67 port: 8080

Firefox
1. Click "Tools" on your menu on top
2. The choose "Options..." below
3. Click "Connection Settings..." below right
4. Choose "Manual Proxy Configuration" and enter 195.145.214.67 and 8080 on the right box
5. Click OK and your done!

If Internet Explorer:
1. Click "Tools" on your menu on top
2. The choose "Internet Options..." below
3. Choose "Connections..." tab
4. Choose "LAN Settings..." and on the Proxy Server click on the click box and enter 195.145.214.67 and 8080 on the right box
5. Click OK/Apply and your done!

still it doesn't work out! i am just very curious why they blocked our IPs well infact they are doing business here.

Just go to Netopia or use any PLDT internet access. PLDT uses US IP addresses.
