First of all, I like their see through kitchen concept. It gives you a view on how they prepare your favorite breads. Once, my fiance saw one of the pastry chefs working with his sweaty face above the dough mixture. So yucky! That pastry chef should know proper grooming. If he thinks that he's already sweating a lot then he needs to wipe his sweat off before a drop of sweat would fall on the dough. But it is really such a great idea on marketing. Bravo to this concept.
Second, at first I liked their concept where their display showcases for breads are open. Later on, I have realized that its not hygienic nor sanitary. It would have been good if once in a while it will be closed so that chances for dusts or pests/insects to fall on the bread is impossible. I mean, hugaw ra dyud kaau kay exposed ra kaau ang breads. Good if ang imong makuha kay bago pa lang gbutang sa display showcase.
Third, some of their breads tastes good but with such a price to pay to have that great tasting bread. Although some breads are not really fascinating. There is no excitement.
love their breads...spicy pork floss, sisig floss, tanan hehe...
