hello guys, me, my wife and my sisters are victims also with the billings and those arrogant personal trainers in that gym. we should all put a stop to this. we should all file for a complaint and a lawsuit so that they will know that we cebuanos cannot be taken easily for granted just like that. i already talk to our lawyer with this and to my brother in law who is working for a popular newspaper here in cebu, we should say something about this and let people know what kind of a gym is this.
i knew it then from the start this gym will cause trouble. at first they keep on calling us and asking us to join them. those annoying agents that kept on calling our house, saying so many good things about this gym and after all of it when you ask for their help they will avoid talking to you. i kept asking for their manager so that i could talk to him, but the receptionists are always telling me that his out or not in the gym. what kind of a manager is that. does he even know that there are complaints already. this is a very serious problem.

b]I was a victim too of FF. I got auto debited for a month. I thought my contract ended and I wasn't informed about it. I was soo angry with them. I told all my friends about it and adviced them not to enroll there. Even my korean students were victims too. they were debited 5 times and to think they paid in cash!!! baga sila ug nawng. dili pa gyud nila e entertain ang student. they had a difficult time to express their sentiments, because of the lack of facility of the language. Ass in! I want my money back! I think credit card companies should know that their clients are being cheated, that they were charge of a service that they didnt use!
i hate fitnessfirst if we want to stop we cant because that is in the term,we want to talk the manager but they always have no time,i dont like fitnessfirst,they didnt tell us first about the lifestyle member, i wwant to stop but i cant, hate fitnessfirst i dont like it, i hope your gym will be close.
