    kailangan jud nga 2 hrs mo drink before u eat? kai murag dli man kau na nko mabuhat, kay skwela man gud ko.

    bro, ikaw lang bahala paigo.... dili man sad ko suheto ani ... i just followed the instruction nga nadawat nako sa "spam"...

    suggestion ko, magdala na lang ka pirmi of bottled water inside your room... tubil na lang dayon
    ka sa "fountain" (drinking water sa school mo)... wala lang ko kabalo kung allowed ba ang bottled water
    during class hours sa inyong school...

    makes perfect sense, coz cold water could damage your cells in the stomach that secrete gastric acid, thus impairing digestion...

    i might give this a try...although, this is not for everyone, especially for those with water retention problems
