Thanks for the explanation sa loose compression bro but it was too technical, i just wanted to know how to determine if it's loose compression kay dili na baya ta mag ukab sa makina pa if mutest tag car. Ang atoa na lang is mangitag signs for loose compression.
kung naa smoke mogawas sa oil filler cap, it may mean two things for me:

1. init kaayo ang imong cylinder head in which ma luto ang oil maayo ma aso.
2. naa hungaw ang imong cylinder head.

lisod maka tall which among the two kung dili gyud abrihan ang engine or makita in person.

I think i get the worst mileage here....

Model: 2001 Ford Expedition

Engine: 4.6L triton V8!

Consumption : 1:4 if i'm lucky! I don't know what it get for highway driving.. I only drive in the city.

Reaction: how would you react if you only got 4 kilometers to 1 liter? hahaha. I take on over P5000 of gas every 2 to 2 1/2 weeks. Can't sell the beast cuz the resale is sooooo low now. I'm thinking of just buying another car and let my expy sit in the garage.

by the way, I remember johnbond007 asking about a way to test an engines compression, you can have that done at any shop with a compression tester bro. Mura ra na cyag tire guage nga i butang sa taoranan sa spark plug then you would crank the engine using the starter (but not start it) to get a compression reading. I had my test done at automekanika before I bought my engine to make sure dili guba mga piston rings.
How much man sad pacompression test sa automekanika bro?

not true its bs. Discovery Channel proved that it has no effect or does not add mileage.
