what is very ironic here is that confrontations are with staffs employed by the company, complaints are with the same people. the irony is all are cebuanos. HMMMMM... does that mean cebuanos are that "challenged" ? Yaaikkss!

@Angelo: If you could kindly visit those links posted by orangepink, you'll find out that it's not only cebuanos who are complaining or are victims of this company's money making scheme. Anyway, most people posting on this thread are cebuanos coz as you can see, this is a cebuano thread.
