    Default Paglikay sa Urom!


    Ayaw mo kompinsya kay dli ni mopili usa ra ato kinabuhi...

    1. ayaw higda bacn maka2log ka kun busog.
    2. kun kabantay ka g urom relax lang ayaw pa ngusog (sa imong urom gi kugokod kag unggo, nahulog ka sa pangpang,etc..) paninguha makalihok ka sa imong mga tiil aron maka mata ka.
    3. kun kuyaw ang scenario, f makabantay ka urom na..mausab man nimo ang scenario pwede nimo himo-on funny ang scenario..hehehehe technique sab ni aron maluwas ta.

    mao mag bantay ta gyud dilikado ning urom...best way is to pray b4 sleep ug dili mag abusar sa atong kaugalingon.

    its true. if kapoi na kau ka, posible mn gd imo breathng dli na normal. mao gyd na hinundan sa urom. dapat position nyo sa pg 2log is mka breat kag tarong. ingun sa kadaghanan, hehe. to avoid urom, pg takilid dw ig 2log or dapat ang pillow habog/taas.
