there's a technique used to conquer fear called "Immersion"
its simply immersing yourself in the state (eg immersing yourself in things na maka pa remind nimu about your ex) until it will no longer have its hold/power over you. I don't know if it will work with relationships coz i havent tried but there's a good logic behind it. I just feel its useless to run away because the only way to get rid of it is to face it head on.. just my 2 cents.

I agree---say in my case,i don't immerse but avoid as much as i can to remember him all over again. I don't like to dwell...let destiny decide on this---i can't make much of my stand.
