U have to use a greater wattage sa imo avr than ur psu.
if 500VA lang imo AVR, then 750W imo psu, naa possibility na maguba imong AVR if naggamit naka sa rated Watage sa imo psu.

for a 750W psu, i think ok na ang 1000VA nga AVRs. tan awa lang if unsa pa nga mga things imo i taud sa AVR, like monitor, printers, speakers etc. kay added load man nah sila sa avr.

I have tried those online calculator.

My system draws about 480W including the LCD monitor.

And my AVR gives about 550W And not to mention this a cheap and very old AVR and I don't think a cheap 550VA AVR is 100% efficient.
As what t3ChNo™ implies it only gives out 380w. So my system lacks power. That is why I get occasional lockups or restarts during gaming.

Temporarily I used two AVRs one of my Aegis 500VA AVR is dedicated to the CPU. Seems not doing any lock ups so far.

Not quite a 500va aegis still has stability problems on my rig. My rig still crashed. Can anybody suggest a good avr?

had an aegis avr before...still the same result...not good (2years service and it died).. I had a very old industrial AVR (which was made in japan) and it still runs up to date...

    Aegis is made locally.
