bro nins, mu follow naman gud na, its a domino effect, think ha, how can u get people to watch ur show unless it is a quality show aber? the ratings is an indicater of the worthiness of the show, mao bitaw daghang ga tan.aw, nya kung daghan manan.aw therefore more advertisers ergo more money, circle of life ra na kung si Simba pa ipapangutana, u get the connection?

Generally ha, cebuanos are known for being loyal followers. I'll give u an example ha, we all know that cebu is a GMA country (not the network hehe, the pres.). Bisag unsa pa na controversy or scandals naa ni GMA, support gihapon, in fact ngari ra man cgro way ni welcome ni Lozada ug nay ni supak sa search for truth niya kay loyal man lagi ni GMA. Ngari pud nakakuha sa highest voting edge si GMA compared ni FPJ. Now, the same with ABS, nabantayan nako na maka ABS jud ang cebu and loyal sila sa ilang network, mao na mostly ABS imong makita here in cebu. Try going to Luzon or Mega Manila, bali man pud ang situation.

advertisres wont advertise sa ila products kung dili quality ang show....mao na daghan magpaadvertise sa GMA and for sure sa Pinoy Idol....coz GMA has good quality shows.....

I don't think so, bro. No offense meant lang ha but lisod na pag-prove esp. diri sa ato. Mas daghan man ang masa diri sa ato and as we all know people in this level will appreciate more shows/products that's easy to understand/comprehend. Mas dali sabton or kung naay mass appeal, mas daghan jd mutan-aw but it does not mean the show has high quality.

OT: ex. think of the china made products, kusog kaayo halin ky mao ra ma-afford sa kadaghan and dali ka-capture sa eyes sa tawo ky napuno sa mga sequencial lights(electronic products) but does it have quality? think!

I totally agree with you bro, it can be that factor but regarding sa ratings, they divide their respondents to different classes naman, so that includes the masses, the middle & the high class, so the ratings reflect the society gihapon.
