(I'm helping out my aunt who has an agency there)

requirements:
1. **a photo wearing a t-shirt with white collar, jeans and if possible with apron.
2. **passport
3. **high school diploma
3. Medical test--->urine test, blood test, x-ray, malaria, hepatitis (medical exam will be in done in Manila before leaving for Singapore).
4. Prepare initial P20,000.00 for the medical fee and preparation of visa
documents. The rest of the placement fee will be salary deduction.
