i love this movie... i wanna watch it again!!!! johnney depp is amazing...very talented actor! very versatile pa jd... im looking forward sa sequel sa pirates of the caribbean.

i like the classic more because of the songs and because of how Gene Wilder portrayed the role. but my kids like the johnny depp version more because the ending is much more clearer compared to the classic one. here you can see how the misbehaved children fared in the end and how charlie fared with the chocolate factory. this movie did not only show the children's side of the story it also showed willy wonka's side of the story, why he was so obsessed with his chocolate factory. this version explained why willy wonka is such as he is. it showed us both sides of the coin. unlike the old version where the story delved more on the background of the children and without explaining even a tiny bit why willy wonka built his chocolate empire.

a must see movie.

i was kinda expecting that Wlly Wonka would kill of everyone who failed his test. it would have been more fn that way.

Saw this movie the other day. Johnny should have passed on this one. His Wonka version ended up looking like Michael Jackson.Â* :mrgreen:
