Default PUBLIC SERVICE- we can lower the price of gas

IT SEEMS THAT EVERYDAY THE VALUE OF OIL IN THE WORLD MARKET KEEPS INCREASING

Two ways to keep the price of gas from going up.

1 dont use your car if there is public transportation.dont waste gasoline use efficient vehicles.
2 dont waste electricity. because to make electricity you need oil, coil or nuclear.

    LOWER the demand for oil.

LETS TRY TO SACRIFICE FOR THREE MONTHS
MAYBE THE WORLD MARKET CAN MAKE AN ADJUSTMENT
TO THE HIGH PRICE OF OIL.

TIPS ON PUMPING GAS--GOOD INFO

Here are some tricks to get more of your money's worth for every gallon:

    1. Only buy or fill up your car or truck in the early morning when the ground temperature is still cold. Remember that all service stations have their storage tanks buried below ground. The colder the ground the more dense the gasoline, when it gets warmer gasoline expands, so buying in the afternoonor in the evening....your gallon is not exactly a gallon. Service stations do not have temperature compensation at the pumps.

    2. When you're filling up do not squeeze the trigger of the nozzle to a fast mode. If you look you will see that the trigger has three stages: low, middle, and high. In slow mode you should be pumping on low speed, thereby minimizing the vapors that are created while you are pumping. All hoses at the pump have a vapor return. If you are pumping on the fast rate, some of the liquid that goes to your tank becomes vapor. Those vapors are being sucked up and back into the underground storage tank so you're getting lessworth for your money.

    3. One of the most important tips is to fill up when your gas tank is HALF FULL or HALF EMPTY. The reason for this is, the more gas you have in your tank the less air occupying its empty space. Gasoline evaporates faster than you can imagine. Gasoline storage tanks have an internal floating roof. This roof serves as zero clearance between the gas and the atmosphere, so it minimizes the evaporation. Unlike service stations, here where I work, every truck that we load is temperature compensated so that every gallon is actually the exact amount.

    4. Another reminder. If there is a gasoline truck pumping into the storage tanks when you stop to buy gas, DO NOT fill up--most likely the gasoline is being stirred up as the gas is being delivered, and you might pick up some of the dirt that normally settles on the bottom.

lets minimize our gas usage and electricity.

it will save us money and reduce the demand for it.

im already doing what it must be done to reduce my gas expense and electric.

i have an idea . i hope there is a day we can all sacrifice to turn of all our lights and car.

the only people that will use energy are the business establishments

anyway , let us continue or cause.

    if this doesnt work.
birahan nato nang mga oil people (kanang dili pinoy ka kay wala raba tay oil)

This is a worldwide crisis not just in the philippines.

THE 3 commanments in filling up gas to from incubus post:

1 fill up in the morning
2 when pumping do it in slow mode to minimize vapors (gas turns to vapors. more vapors loss=more gas)
3 fill up when half empty. ayaw pagtinapulan maghuwat mo one fourth.

i hope this is true im already doing this.

spread this to your love ones please.

Oil firms eye P10/liter recovery as crude prices reach $135/barrel

Local oil companies on Thursday said soaring price of crude oil in the world market has deepened their underrecoveries, and the possibility that they would need to resort to higher increases to offset these will be felt again at the end of the week.

Oil companies said they are now looking at a P1.50 per liter adjustment for diesel and P1.00 for gasoline over the weekend after world crude prices reached the $135 per barrel level.
