i have just received mine. I'll post pictures of what the letter looks like later. I called the union bank in sm and they said the card will arrived two weeks after your online application so I guess my eon card will arrive next monday! SOOOOO EXCITED!

it was card-email-letter for me.

So far everything went well for me from Unionbank. I've been using it for the past 4 mos in my online payments. Did somebody here tried to transfer their paypal dollar to any dollar account in our local bank?

I tried myself the BDO debit card, it did not work at all. Paypal deduct $1.95 from your account, and after that the bank decline the card and your $1.95 is gone...

Im new to paypal and got no idea how things go here... a little advice on this may help me figure out things.
I have a citibank credit card that is used in my paypal account and
How can I turn my debits into cash when someone pays through paypal ?...
Is there anyway i can use ATM card so that It will be much easier for me to withdraw?
