[color=navy]I find MGA MATA NI ANGHELITA to be schizophrenic. At the beginning it was religious and towards the end, downright sacriligeous. With its witches, dog demons, it has become a freaking fantaserye when it would have been much better if it had remained a simple story of a girl who experiences a miracle and uses her gifts to help others. Evil works in subtle ways but God's wonders are even more subtle, but subtlety is something our Pinoy TV Networks still need to understand.

That's the problem with most of our Pinoy teleseries today, they do not understand the nature of subtlety and how it helps define a story and make it real even if its setting is fantastic. They're always bragging of big FX and huge stellar cast but all in all, the result is cheap and forgettable performance.

Honestly, who can actually post here that they can still remember the plots and characters of past teleseries? Of Pangako sa Iyo? of Bituin Walang Ningning? Of Sana Ikaw na Nga? Heck, I only remember these titles because of the songs!
