You can inquire at US based forums. Lots of Vbulletin designer there. There are also sites that sells Vbulletin skins.

anyway ... I need somebody for fulltime position (8hr job) to do customization programs for our boards. our boards are bit advanced (mixed with vb advance,vb gallery)

wow! i just wonder how big the db is! the biggest forum project i ever encountered was 950mb of db. mysql db alone(45K members)..

@guilliam: omg lol 45k members! i wonder how long would that take to backup everything! haha! grabeha! once i tried to backup a forum with a couple thousand post and several hundred members, it made a 10MB text file
