try rapid PHP or try if you are on linux use they lots and lots of IDE.


on Windows try wamp or easyphp.

since PHP don't have compiler, it only interprets on the apache server and dumps through webbrowser. That is if you know how to code php scripts and know all the php functions. I suggest you read php manual, the complete list of the all the available functions embedded by the php creators.

D best jud ang notepad++ for Win32 OS, it's comfortable to use and imung mga lines of code kay easy ra e-arrange...
Whether HTML, PHP, C and so on... Naa xa almost tanan...

try NuSphere PHPED, its a great one also.
