    Wala pa ko nakahibalo sa details , requirements , fees etc but I can guarantee it will be way more cheaper than those specialized Culinary ARts schools in Cebu .

    i really would've liked to join that class springfield, although i'm guessing that now's too late, huh? pero if game pa na, reply nya kay i'd like to learn more about garnishing and stuff... nka-ojt ko'g garde manger for a few weeks pero i still have a lot to learn. salamat!!

    Wala pa magsugod for the summer , you can inquire also kay offered man ang informal classes , for the moment I will teaching the local chefs and dieticians of Cebu .

    Try Dmdp at ramos, same as Tesda they offer Free cooking school..Ikaw lang noun ang mo gastos sa
    mga projects of course ky free raman siya ang ilang lang kay guidan kay mo perform..

    i think ang ampalaya is bitter bsan gamit pakag turner and bsan ilahi ni cya nmog luto.
    the way i get its bitterness out is to soak it in water for a few hours/ if not chunk it nya use your both hands to squeez its juice out then soak for a few minute b4 nimo lutoon.

    naa raka diha magamit mga spices for your mixican deli? or substitute lng ang uban a la Pinoy style nah?

    AMMM ako ma say lang noh? always have an open mind to anyhthing..lang gyud kay "its very hard to teach old dogs new tricks".....so meaning kong ganhan gyud ka mag cook try to approach it with all your previous cooking knowledge behind you....hope naka tabang ko..?tips pa nya mga taw!

    i have to agree with you..you know guys wood chopping board has a natural tendency not to dull your knife...not like plastic na maka dull gyud na proven nsd nah cya..mahal lang ang wood pero mau man sad..pero kato sad small square na mga piece nya gi dikit2x bah kato moy nindot dli ko ganahn atong 1 piece lng na wooden chopping board..hope nka tabang ko!peace!MAKE FOR NOT WAR!
