Rose Online Gameguard problem

I downloaded the game from pldtplay and install it.After downloading all the patches, I tried to play the game but can load because of gameguard error.Please help!!!

kay if gamit ka naa man gud na internet security na mo block
sa gameguard pag load.......

No, im not using norton 2005.Im using AVG free version and also install service pack 2.But I disable my windows firewall cos we are playing warcraft dota on lan.is it possible that its because of avgbut i tried to install the international version and it works fine.really appreciate your reply but i really need some help.thanks!!!

the pldtplay version is outdated and doesn't work. download the new installers from the urls below. note that they are not online all the time.
