Earthquake forecasting technology is only in seconds that
s why in Japan there are early warning system, Pero not days! This is obviously a hoax!

[color=navy]Though there are leaps now in improving the technology to determine the "high probability" of an earthquake to occur in a certain area, I haven't read any literature regarding any technology being able to predict an earthquake's strength in the Richter scale until after it occurs.
