N95 8G live TV

I am asking this question in this board because I think that we have experts here with regards to N95 8G. I do apologize if I posted at the wrong board.
Well here it goes: I recently upgraded the firmware of my N95 8g to the latest one which is 20.*.*.* . I noticed that in the My Video Center section, the settings, it has a Live TV section... What is this for? According to my research which is somehow limited, this is actually DVB-IP as opposed to DVB-H... Does this have any use at all? Can I watch Live TV with this, in our region?
When will the N96 come out? Any ideas on the SRP?
