South is good if you like the seaview and north if you like the mountains (more roads going thru mountains).

Mas less "pressure" pud kung mu drive ka padung north kay dili mu kalit ug pilit sa imong luyo mga buses hehehe unya naa pa gyud style nga mu overtake while running you off the road

if you want nice beach for no gasto, try visiting tingko beach in alcoy..no entrance so wala alkanse..hehehe..

obviously you didnt fully rounded cebu or didnt observe well the street upon traveling.

i would say bsag asa nice..ky lain2x pod ang view imo ma kita. if your adventurous enough kaya ra ma tuyok ang whole cebu in 24 hours. of course naa stops usahay for eating and gamay rest pod and of course picture taking in areas with nice views

oh, you might want to observe them thoroughly by traveling both in every 6 months where you are the one driving the car. and it should be round trip from lo-ok santander to tapilon daanbantayan =)

you could even observe how ugly the road starting from tabuelan to san remegio which is quite long. although in south, there is also damaged road but lesser length(although under repair now but i doubt it wont take decade to finish^^) starting from mantalungon to dumanjug.
