Mga bro... unsa man jud nndot marine tank or planted aquarium...? libog jud ko ani puro man gud cla nndot...
saun marine if all fish ra and mas cheaper buut tingale sa planted tank but if marine with corals then its a very2 big investment. and if paul-anun ka i think pa planted lng kay mas saun e usab2 imu mga arrangements.
im telling everything in general i think mka sbot nka hehe
hope this helps

bitaw, well sa akoa lang opinyon, bisan la pako kasuway saltwater setup, mag depende ra na sa imung gusto jud. if saltwater raka nga dead corals nya fish ra..ok ra. but when you're thinking of reef aquarium nya naay live corals and all..its going to be big $$ setup. Pero dili jud kabayran ang kanindot.
Sa planted tank sab, you could always customize and choose the plants you want nga suitable sa imung budget. akong masulti is daghan ka ug options sa planted tank.
and reset is no hassle compared to saltwater. i think nindot sab ang planted tank compared to saltwater setups.
basta, ako, planted tank lang sa ko...walay pakoy budget sa saltwater setup. if naa lang ay, wall reef aquarium guro.hehehehe
A reef tank is much more nicer. Live corals, the fish, crabs, anemones, shrimps etc. But it costs more. Many corals needs strong lights. And good ligthing systems cost and it can hurt your wallet. lol
sakto jud mo mga bro... mo settle down nalang ngale ko sa live plants na set up... kay mas cheaper unya saun pa jud e maintain... unlike sa marine gastos kau... huh, wala ko daghan kwarta... kinahanglan pa metal halide, chiller...sera deep sea, super daylight sump ug thicker na aquarium... hubas man sad ato money ana... dili nalang ko mangambisyon ani oi... I'll go for live plants nalang gamay ra requirements...
ehhehe.. after all the research i made... decide ko .. marine is not for me. :P WC with saltwater... bleh..
ka bias ni kenny, marky ug zerk! boto gyud planted. hehe
Marine macro algae tank! Combines the wallet busting qualities of marine tanks and the hair pulling frustrations of a planted freshwater tank!
i didnt say im for planted.. i just said im not for marine.. :P ikaw jud, master soggy.
but seriously, nindot jud kaayo tan-awon ang marine tank. even the fishes and shrimps are sights to die for. .... nindot jud kaayo. the colors are much much richer than any freshwater fish.
marine ko...if naay daghan kwarta..bleeeh.hehehe
bitaw, mag hire lang ko taw mu limpyo.nyehehehe
nindot bitaw kaayo ang colors sa saltwater.
sa planted pud, you could achieve colors sa plants lang...but naa kay options sa arrangements and trimmings.hehe
he...he...he.. live plants enthusiast gud na cla...Originally Posted by Soggy2
