im done with all the other 3 seasons, im up to the 9th episode of season 4 na...

I've just recently read from Yahoo TV that most of the HOUSE MD Episodes are based on fact or real medical cases while episodes from Grey's Anatomy... well, let's say that the writers of that show were a little easy on their research and were more focused on the human drama rather than on the medical challenges.
