Moving on is really the hardest part (of what?) ... Let me ask you, have you really moved on or are you still in denial. The process of moving on is like the stages of grief ... Denial - Anger - Bargaining - Depression - Acceptance. But mind you, sometimes you will have bouts where you keep going back to the first stages before you reach acceptance. (Which I think the author means you haven't really progressed and you're still on the first stage.) It's based on the cycle of Psych, because I'm a Psych graduate. (Cycle of Psych? Don't you mean stages of grief? You're a Psych graduate? It doesn't show.)

While you're on the stage of Grudge (there is no stage of Grudge, she probably means Anger) suck that feeling (how can you suck a feeling?) until you get tired of that feeling so that you can move on because if you don't embrace (now she's telling you to embrace the feeling instead of sucking it) the feeling, you will just get stuck in an endless cycle until you say ...

I've had enough. It's time to move on.

People ... please post like intelligent human beings. This isn't a cellphone. This is an internet forum. And if your English isn't really up to par ... seriously, pag Bisaya nalang. Kasabot man mi oi. Pero ayaw Bisaya nga TXTSpeak kay binogo na. Wokie?
