    Default NH: MS Excel macros control objects in worksheets


    Im workin on an Excel Macro... i noticed something i never seen before... a CONTROL OBJECT in a worksheet.... in a worsheet not a form.... it was a LIST BOX in fact....

    when you select an entry from the listbox...it will change the data in the worksheet... now how was that....
    i could make macro work but not like that...


    help please... if you have idea...

    Use VBA code. Search google on how to do this.

    You must show the Control Box toolbar, there you can find common object of VB like textbox, command button, listbox and etc. To add it in the sheet, select an object and drop it in the excel sheet, double click the control and it will bring you to VBA code, there you can find the events applicable for the object. Do some of your code there like MsgBox "Hello World", for more details try to search google for "Excel Macro Control Box".
