lil help on "USB over current status detected"

have a friend of mine having this kind of problem on his desktop,.. what he did was,.. he uninstall the driver of his video card,. then off,.. get the video card out of the system,. transfer the video cable to the motherboards on board video card,.. then boot up,.. now the problem is,. he can never get in to windows,. or even the bios,. cause of "USB over current status detected" error,.. then the systems shuts out,.. what seems to be the problem with this?.. have you guys encounter such error?.. kay ako,. bago rsad ko kasugat ani.. hehehe,..

and one thing,.. he also installed back his video card and make sure nothing was plug in all its usb ports,. still same error appears,. tsk tsk tsk...

:: i did my search sa net,.. and found out na kasagaran if not all,. ang nka encounter ani na problem kay Asus nga boards,.. hmmm,... so kinsa to Asus users dha,. any same errors?..
