Hotel near or infront of US Embassy

Please assist :

It is known BAYVIEW HOTEL at roxas bldg is infront of US Embassy but expensive
Is there any hotel besides this hotel nice and cheaper ?

next block is MERIMAR HOTEL tupad sa yellow cab but mura dli cla duwat og reservation if if naa man mahal and naa daghan, ako advice nmo for back up lang pareserve lang og room sa bayview and give extra time if they ask what time ka abot just like what i did, i make a resevation and telling them na ill arrive at 2pm but i arrive at 10 am so what i did i scout some hotels nearby and compare price and if they look safe... but i choose merimar ky apordable ra naa mas barato but dli ko ganahan and after i check in i call bayview and cancel my room..hehehh

another thing, i assume naa ka interview sa embassy dont bring any electronic gadgets just your requirements, black ballpen, money offcourse and for emergency lang bring umbrella ky bacin mag uwan ( u dont know) naa namaligya didto but dollar

I stayed at malate pensionne about 2km away from the embassy when I went there 3 weeks ago, cheap rates and nice location. Naa ra na cya sa Adriatico street, one way mana nga street so kung gikan ka Robinson's Place (also in adriatico street) mu sunod ra ka ana nga street until makit.an nimo ang place Makita pud sa google earth hehe plotted my way around the area thru google earth raman hahaha gotta love technology.

that price is not bad for that area, naa sad near sa church its in MH DEL PILAR ST. pensione natividad this is run by nuns, the palce is and cheap wla lang TV but aircond and its good for families ky dako ang la mga rooms tough its a 10min walk to the embassy

Delikado kaayo gud kung mawala ka sa linya...hehehe nag shifting na lang mi ug duty sa linya w/ family members..

pero karon nga per appointment na ang interview, payts na bisan asa nga duol2x nga hotel... :mrgreen:
