mga masters need every bit of help from u... im setting up a new rig and this is what i came up with so far...pls ko suggest ug good brand and model if naa mo imodify sa akong setup.. thanx sa tanan! by the way im planning to hav little gaming capabilities and at the same tym htpc..sensya na mo sa akong budget ha..hehehe

emaxx 780g mobo - 3450
team elite 2x1 ddr2 800 - 1850
250gb seagate baracuda sata - 2380
dvdrw 20x lightscribe sata - 1400 --------> ?
casing with 500w psu - 1400
mouse, keyboard
19" 5ms LCD - 9000 ---> ??
canon printer - 1550

ok ra imo rig bro.. though di kau ko sweto anang amd pero payts na imo setup kung di jud ka ingon na into hardcore gaming.

nice, hybrid crossfire setup. for the dvdrw, sony, samsung, or lg are good brands at that price. the samsung 940bw is currently priced @ around 9k, i'm not sure if it has a 5ms response time but i do know its a very good lcd display, nice pud og itsura

if this were an intel setup.... you can stick with AMD and buy an additional card for crossfire....

many people think its the Processor that matters....

for me its the GRAPHICS Card that matters..... even if my Processor is just mid range...

I can go with AMD 3800+ X2

with an 8800gt...
