HELP: Openline Verizon

Can anyone please help me openline my two cellphones (motorola v3i and a samsung). Locked ni sila sa Verizon USA. I went to the malls to have it openlined butthey all turned me down. They said something about it not having a firmware number so they can't do it.

we dont use CDMA technology in cebu...
GSM is a better technology...in fact verizon will be switching to 4G GSM technology as their future roadmap...

i can't tell you what you should do...its up to u really...maybe send it back have someone else make use of it back in the US...
but if its was me, i'd use it as a fancy paper weight...

As what the previous posters said, it cant be done. Verizon is using CDMA technology and that is incompatible with what we are using right now (GSM). Really cant be done. Best thing you can do with your phone is use as a keychain or an expensive paperwieght. Hahahaha.
