It might have taken a long time but the investigation simply proves that it takes time to gather evidence. Nevertheless, the investigation is not futile. At the very least, they have gathered sufficient evidence to prove their previous claim. Now, they can file the case in the proper court without too much propaganda because they have concrete evidence to back up their allegations.

Justice may take time. But as long as we are doing the proper procedure, we are winning the battle against corruption.

if people in Manila only handled the ZTE case the same way as this. if they have not just offered chismis and instead concrete evidences, things could have been a lot different...

imagine if whistleblower Mr. Saavedra went to the senate to accuse PGMA & FG ani pud and nagpa cry cry effect ug other antics just like ni Lozada, and worse, with a death threat kunohay but later doing a national tour in search of "truth"...hehe...anyway, im just being sarcastic...
