exercise. and yes jogging is probably the simpliest way to lose weight.
i strongly agree with jogging.. more if you extend your duration day by day.. ex. (45 mins monday,
55 mins tuesday, 1 hour wednesday etc.. or laps per day.. [abellana setting:] 15 laps monday, 20
for tuesday and so on.. )
