I do agree with you angelo BUT, the reason we didnt ask anymore is (EDITED READ STARRS REPLY AFTER THIS POST)
Heres and example, on the back of my 24/7 cellphone prepaid card load, they tell you that it expires in 1 month. So at the end of the month they send a text message to warn me that it expires. If by any chance I miss this text message, they automatically terminate it.
This is how I understood it that at the end of 3 months it will expire and we wont be able to workout anymore. The sales person didnt even care to explain to us any termination procedure.
Angelo: Thanks for your reply... don't worry, we're not insulted.
I will explain what happened during the contract signing.
Fitness first: How many months would you like to workout ma'am?
Me: 3 months lang... testing lang sa if we're really determined.
Fitness first: Ok... check lang 3 months on the contract.
Me: But if we want to continue after 3 months, pwede raba? or we have to signup again?
Fitness first: Ok ra ma'am... just inform me if you want to continue.
THE END.
What would you think of that? If you were in our place, you would think that it's automatic termination... you only inform them if you want to continue.Â*
As for the prompting on the computer, I guess they "forgot" to put that feature in their software... Like Ryan's example, Sun cell's customer service is better eventhough they're only a local company compared to a "world-renowned" gym like Fitness first. And as for the number of clients they have, I'm sure both of them have many clients. So like what Zirv said, the excuse about having lots of customers is really really LAME.
And I agree Zirv... what's the use of their computer anyway? Just for login purposes and playing solitaire? LOL.
And do they really have wait to be questioned before informing their customers I guess that's how they define customer service. Their company motto "Wait for the question before you explain the matter. If they don't ask, then don't bother explaining." NICE...

on the contrary Mr. Richards, this website has helped other companies solve customer related problems. It's all a matter of how the fitness first people make use of it.
why dnt u just answer them here mr. richards?
i concur with what pnoize2k4 said

FITNESS FIRST MARUKOY GYOD MO HA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
be fair sad mo oi, ngano e apil man and beginning of the month nga wa pa mo gawi sa facilities.
pnoize2k4 is right. Anyway, what can you do about this Mr. Richards? Give us back the money we paid for the 4th month? I don't think there's anything you can do regarding the matter. That's why we just posted here to help other people.
To cool: yes, ana gyud na. Alkansi naka sa days if you won't join at the beginning of the month. Didn't they INFORM you about that also? And don't believe that they will stop the credit card on the 3rd month automatically... you NEED to tell them that you
WANT to stop... do that before the 3rd month ends... This is my advice. coz Kami, we informed them Mga 13 days after the 3rd month ended na ,coz that's when we knew that our membership was still ongoing, and they still billed us for the whole 4th month. And We're not the only victims... a lot of my friends still receive fitness first dues on their credit card bills even after their 3rd month. I wonder who told you that they will stop billing on the 3rd month automatically coz I want to shove my credit card bill on his/her face. LOL.Â*
no wonder the Philippines is going down the drain..... its with this kind of people who has very poor understandingÂ* .... you know what.... if your not ready to have a gym like Fitness First in your country you shouldnt bother joining it..... No wonder why Gold's Gym didnt push thru in putting one in Cebu.... i guess i dont need to say the reason why
to cool, yes you join them in middle of the month but i think you told them that you only be here till september that's why they let you pay the whole month of July so that the counting of your contract will start from july 1 - september di na-a ka pasok sa 3 month contract. and advice them you want to sign the termiantion form na.
hey guys, dont be one sided lang pud do you think that the staff nila walay gi buhat so that all our request ma approve or ma balik sa ato.
