ur so right bro.. and besides... even if trainers are considered new, they should know they're job the moment they step inside the training room. its not a reason for new ace trainers to not know what to do and how to handle a class.. how exactly did they get the job in the first place? now TA is in question for accepting these type of people..

Im not really impressed with newbieforum. The only thing that I like in him is that he made a comment about his trainer. I'm sure it is already relayed to the upper management or from the trainer concerned. If you consider yourself to be a tenured employee in the call center industry, then why are you still down there? I mean, why are you still an agent? Why do you have to repeat another communications training? Does that mean that your communication skills did not improve? Tsk! Tsk! Tsk!

FYI. It is SOP that everyone has to go through ACE training as if you didn't know. Oh, I guess it was relayed to upper management because the tenured trainers sat in class. I bet they weren't pleased with the class. It is my opinion anyway. And FYI, I'm still an agent because I don't want much responsibility and casting modesty aside, I am a good agent consistently on top. And I do not have to answer to the likes of you who walks out of class. Yes, I know about you. Word travels fast. That is why you are defending my trainer.
