In UP, there are many young and old alike who had the desire to fight for others and yet CANNOT FIGHT THEMSELVES.
Confucius said, "The best warrior is he who can conquer himself".
and why would we "fight w/ ourselves"? isn't that a sign of schizophrenia? lolOriginally Posted by forester

Answer - NO.
If by "CAN NOT FIGHT THEMSELVES" you mean fight for our own 'self'" that I can do. I do this for my own well-being. and in effect i also help others. Any form will do be it literature, visual arts, etc etc. i do not have to take up arms. what would be the point? the times doesn't call for it not to mention the oh so many lives wasted. being an activist isnt tantamount and limited to taking up arms and protesting in the streets in RA-RA fashion. it's a call for change that starts with one's self.Originally Posted by forester
what makes it worse is people don't do anything about it.Originally Posted by banban

the context i was laughing about was the thought of armed people fighting tyrants in the workplace and schools.. paints a picture of people in offices and classrooms bringing guns and bombs. heheOriginally Posted by Rye_Star
