First of all.. Do not confuse yourself weight from fats..
WEIGHT LOSS IS THE EASIEST THING TO DO..

now.. lets talk the simplest steps..
1st thing... is setting up goals..
Once you can set your mind to a particular goal.. it would really help a lot..
A goal is something possible to reach.. and try this..

quite tough.. but very possible if a person have enough muscle mass..
2nd thing.. Training and Cardio.
The best answer.. Weight training and cardio.. build some muscle and it surely help alot in fat burning.. not only during the session.. but also during sleep when repairing damaged tissues.. cardio helps alot in our blood circulation.. this is also one things that is highly recommended when getting ripped...
3rd thing.. nutrition..
Nothing beats a good nutrition program to support your training and as well as your daily need.. I don't really call it "diet" anymore..
taking in enough carbohydrates, fats and protein sufficient for a person..
You may need to change your carb,fat,protein ratios often..
with all three combined.. you'll surely reach success.. fat loss..

Simple also divided into refined and starchy
Complex also subdivided into Natural and Starchy..
