2008 NBA Draft:

Due to some ties at the standings, the NBA conducted random drawings to determine the order of the draft lottery. Minnesota won the tie breaker over Memphis while New York won the tie breaker over the Los Angeles Clippers. Minnesota and Memphis are tied at 22-60 while New York and the Clippers are tied at 23-59.

Miami will have 25% chance of winning the lottery while Seattle is at second with 19.9% followed by Minnesota with 13.9%, Memphis with 13.9%, and New York with 7.6%.

Outside the lottery, Phoenix won the tie breaker over Houston and will have the 24th pick overall. San Antonio won the tie breaker over New Orleans and will have the 26th pick overall.
